Daulat Tuanku!  In conjunction with the King’s birthday celebrations on 9 September 2019, Federal Hotels International Group of Hotels namely The Federal Kuala Lumpur, Hotel Capitol Kuala Lumpur, Tribeca Serviced Suites Bukit Bintang and The Grace Hotel Sydney presented a fruit cake themed Treasure of the Sea to His Majesty Seri Paduka Baginda Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri’ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah and Her Majesty Seri Paduka Baginda The Raja Permaisuri Agong Tunku Hajah Azizah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah at the Palace on 4 September 2019.

Weighing 70-kg fruit cake showcasing the beautiful Tioman Island with scuba divers exploring a world of undersea wonders in line with Tourism Malaysia’s Visit Malaysia Year 2020.  This beautiful masterpiece was created by the Team from Federal Hotels International and The Federal Kuala Lumpur’s pastry team led by Chef Mohd Sabri and It took them two weeks to complete the cake.
