Plaza Low Yat has transitioned to an automated License Plate Recognition (LPR) system. Hotel room guests park for free. Meeting/event or diners are entitled to a flat rate of RM8. Please approach our staff on duty to register and validate your license plate number before heading to your vehicle. 

During mall hours (10am-10pm), use the Capitol Lift Lobby to Ground Floor (G).
After hours, use Capitol Lift to Lower Ground Floor (LG) for hotel access. 

New EV charging is on Level B1 (entry via Jalan Bulan). Secure lockers are on the same level, accessible via Capitol lift lobby.
