Parking at Plaza Low Yat requires TnG or Visa / Master card. Hotel room guests park for free. Meeting/event guests pay a flat rate (both validations are required at the hotel reception). 

During mall hours (10am-10pm), use the Capitol Lift Lobby to Ground Floor (G).
After hours, use Capitol Lift to Lower Ground Floor (LG) for hotel access. 

New EV charging is on Level B1 (entry via Jalan Bulan). Secure lockers are on the same level, accessible via Capitol lift lobby.
